Job Overview

The Associate Recruitment Consultant at Lennor Group plays a pivotal role in driving our business growth and delivering top-tier talent to our clients. This dynamic position blends business development with full-cycle recruitment, requiring a self-motivated individual who excels in building relationships and identifying exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive business development activities to acquire new clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored workforce solutions
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to placement
  • Negotiate terms of business and placement fees
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms
  • Results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Must be willing to work 2-3x a week in BGC, Taguig
