Job Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and revenue streams. Your expertise in selling BPO solutions or SaaS products will be crucial in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Your Impact:
· Identify and target potential clients within various industries, showcasing the value of our BPO solutions or SaaS products.
· Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
· Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and offering customized solutions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful implementation of solutions.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively.
· Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client needs, tailor proposals, and negotiate terms.
· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
· Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
· Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
Your Skills:
· Proven success in selling BPO solutions or SaaS products, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
· Exceptional understanding of the BPO or SaaS industry landscape, trends, and competitive dynamics.
· Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture strategic relationships with C-level executives.
· Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· willing to work onsite in Alabang as needed (Once in a while)
