As we expand our operations and reach, we seek a motivated andexperienced Client Services and Operations Manager to join ourteam and contribute to our continued success.

Job Overview

As the Client Services and Operations Manager,you will drive our growth and establish a strong presence in the Philippines.You will manage our client relationships, oversee day-to-day operations, andspearhead business development initiatives. This challenging and rewarding position requires exceptional leadership, sales acumen, and operational expertise.

Key responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Prepare  and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our team in the Philippines, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identify areas for  improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and optimize operational processes, workflows, and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team in the Philippines, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Set performance goals and objectives for team members, regularly providing feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed targets, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Identify training and development needs, organizing relevant workshops and resources to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.

Keyresponsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and operations management within the BPO industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and lead a diverse team.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, meet targets, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment.
  • Strong  analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
