Job Overview

Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality code for both frontend and backend components of web applications. Leverage modern technologies,  create seamless and user-friendly interfaces.

Your Impact:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers to successfully deliver web-based projects.
• Develop and maintain high-quality code for both frontend and backend components of web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and technical specifications.
• Architect scalable and performant solutions, emphasizing software design patterns and best practices.
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Utilize frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular to build responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Leverage PHP and the Laravel framework for backend development, integrating with databases like MySQL.
• Implement and manage server-side technologies and cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Ensure web application security best practices are followed, including compliance with ISO 27001 standards.
• Continuously stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, applying them to enhance project efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to effectively communicate technical concepts and project progress.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Your Skills:

• Proven experience as a Lead Full Stack Developer, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and delivering complex web-based projects.
• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend frameworks.
• Extensive experience in backend development using PHP and Laravel, with a focus on building RESTful APIs and working with MySQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with server-side technologies and cloud platforms, especially AWS.
• Solid grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies, with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a development team effectively.
• Excellent project management skills, including a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a pragmatic approach to complex technical challenges.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Comprehensive understanding of web application security best practices, including ISO 27001 compliance.
• Must have your own laptop.
