Position: Ruby on Rails Developer

Setup: Remote

Working Hours: 7am – 4pm  

Salary Range: Php 50,000 – Php 75,000

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Remote Ruby on Rails Developer to become an integral part of our team

Key Responsibilities

·       Collaborate with the R&D team to provide support and contribute to the ongoing development of our Web-scale SaaS product.

·       Participate in the design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and high-performance services to ensure a seamless user experience.

·       Thrive in a dynamic, agile environment alongside highly skilled team members, delivering content rapidly to production environments.

·       Work with a cross-functional team responsible for the entire software development life cycle, from conceptualization to deployment.

Key Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree

·       Possess a minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails development.

·       Demonstrate expertise in developing high-scale cloud-based solutions, preferably on AWS (Amazon Web Services) or similar cloud platforms.

·       Exhibit proficiency in writing complex database queries to ensure efficient data management and retrieval.

·       Showcase strong skills in debugging and logs analysis to identify and resolve potential issues effectively.

·       Display excellent interpersonal skills and be a collaborative team player, capable of working harmoniously within a cross-functional team.
