Position: Senior Google Ads Specialist (PMax)

Setup: Remote

Working Hours: Night Shift, Between 10pm-7am PH time

Salary Range: Php 70,000 – Php 90,000

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Senior Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing and managing our paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective paid search strategies across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms to achieve business objectives and maximize ROI.
• Perform keyword research and analysis to identify valuable opportunities for campaign optimization.
• Create and optimize compelling ad copy and landing pages to drive high-quality traffic and improve conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing and continuously monitor and refine campaigns for optimal performance.
• Utilize data analysis tools and platforms to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new features in the paid search landscape to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to ensure a cohesive and integrated digital marketing strategy.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3 years or more experience in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns, specifically on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms.
• Experience in PMax and Google Merchant Center.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, ad targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.
• Proven track record of achieving measurable results and driving revenue growth through paid search campaigns.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to draw actionable insights and recommendations from campaign performance data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
