Job Overview

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and improving user interfaces and user experiences for the digital products.

Key Responsibilities

·       Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into design concepts.

·       Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.

·       Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design ideas and interactions.

·       Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

·       Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation.

·       Iterate designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and usability testing results.

·       Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

·       Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in UI/UX design and usability.

·       Conduct competitor analysis and research to identify opportunities for improvement.

·       Advocate for a user-centered design approach throughout the organization.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, including wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.
• Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design solutions.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
